Addison Hatch, CEO and Principal Consultant at Hatch Consulting, is an expert in facilitating workforce changes to support organizational operating, financial and quality objectives. She is considered an industry expert in remote working strategy and operations, and is particularly skilled in analyzing existing operations and architecture and identifying opportunities for improvement. Addison applies her unique background in leadership and change management expertise to help companies of all sizes around the globe achieve rapid and sustained success.

Prior to founding Hatch Consulting, Addison has h
eld a number of senior leadership roles at both start-up firms and Fortune 500 companies, like Capital One and Xerox. Addison currently lives in Lynchburg, VA with her family. In her spare time, she can be found running with friends, cooking for family, or goofing off with her kids and 2 dogs.

About Addison Hatch

Currently the head of a business consulting firm, Addison Hatch previously served as a general manager and division vice president for Xerox. There, she oversaw 3,500 staff members at four contact centers in domestic and foreign locations. While senior vice president of delivery services for the virtual call center service VIPdesk, Addison Hatch managed business development and operations, introduced a cost-effective multimedia servicing system, and improved employee retention. She most recently served as director of Work at Home Operations for Capital One Financial, where she performed strategy and risk analyses that helped the company expand its work-at-home operations to comprise more than 20 percent of its internal customer service program.

Since the founding of Hatch Consulting Services, LLC, in 2014, Ms. Hatch has utilized her background in improving customer interaction and enhancing operational processes to help start-ups and established companies develop strategic servicing plans. As CEO and lead consultant of the Lynchburg, Virginia-based agency, she supervises marketing and business growth strategies, audits organizations for risk/compliance, and develops the consultancy’s services for building and improving remote contact center programs. Among the areas in which Addison Hatch assists clients are adjusting employee incentive programs, identifying inefficient processes, and refining communications.

When not helping clients improve their servicing operations, Ms. Hatch enjoys cooking and entertaining, spending time with her family, and bargain hunting with her husband. Also a former high school basketball player, she continues to play the game with her young son.
